The First Investment a Newbie Character Should Make

Is without a doubt…bigger bags!

Heres a secret I’ll let you in on. You don’t really need to buy equipment on the Auction House as you level. You won’t get anything much better than you get for quest rewards unless you buy low level blues or purples. But if you don’t spend your gold on anything else, definitely buy the biggest bags that you can afford as soon as you can. The more stuff you can haul to the vendor or mailbox to send to your Auction House mule, the more gold you will make.

If you don’t have any friends to twink you out with a few big bags, check the auction house for bargains. Tailors make bags to level up their craft so 10-14 slotters are available in large quantities at a reasonable price. Netherweave can also be a good purchase if you have managed to save up enough. If you haven’t, you need to subscribe to this blog for my newbie tips or check out the stimulus plan for more tips on how to make gold in WoW.
